This is the least impressive of Ninot's extended motets, with long sections of homophony.
The polyphonic duos in between are also significantly less convincing than similar writing in the composer's other works.

A quite delightful Christmas motet, where the writing - in both respects
mentioned immediately above with regard to "O Bone Jesu" - is far better.
This edition has been transposed up a minor 3rd to make it suitable for performance by a modern mixed-voice ensemble.

Another outstanding and significant major work. Although also attributed to Jacob Obrecht in some sources, this is by Ninot.
